【INTRODUCTION】
All information regarding about SS will be in this handpick. All rules entitled in handbook must be follow by all SS Officers. By being in SS you had agreed to all the rules, that are listed in this handbook. Failure to follow the rules will result into a punishment, all punishments must follow the disciplinary system below.

Section 1 - General Rules
-All rules that are stated, must be follow be all SS agents during SS related events at all times.If you happen to find someone breaking the rules stated in this document notify a high-ranking officer with proof and an explanation on what he/she did.
1. Respect must be shown to every SS agent. (Any disrespect toward a high ranking agent, will be dealt with harshly.)
2. Don’t act in a behavior that is immature, inappropriate, conducting mishaps. That includes on the wall, Akron, Trainings, and Tryouts.
3. Don’t start fights with other SS agents during SS event. Any form of an argument, that turns violent will be it will punishable by demotion.
4. Don't curse, flame or act mean towards SS agents, or others. You don’t have to get mad and take your angry off with typing. Find something to channel the anger to something else.
5. Always wear your uniform at any SS event! This includes SS patrol, training, tryouts, or SS meeting. Uniform links can be found on the group description.
6. Follow all Robloxian Rules that are stated on the roblox website. SS high-ranking officers will be enforcing Robloxian Rules.
7. Anyone suspended SS Officers found in any Sa relate event will have their suspension time extend or possible demotion.

Section 2 - Akron/Patrol Rules
Patrol Rules
1. Your are required to be stationed at the checkpoint when you are patrolling. When there 3 or more SS agents in server, then you are allowed be near the black line.
2. You will never leave the black line under any circumstances at all! You are only allowed to leave the black line of you joining a pursuit or escorting a government official.
3. Everyone is allow to past the black line at any time. If you denied the access to the black line to other unauthorized members you will punish harshly.
4. Unauthorized members are not allowed to stop or reckless on Capitol Grounds, they can be shot on sight or be arrest by TRC. (Court Justices+ in Rockport and AC+ in APD are allowed to pass the red line.)
5. Any unauthorized member that past the red line or beyond, will be shot on sight.
6. You are allowed to join a pursuit only if the problem had start on SS grounds. It required that you must have other agents defending capital if you going to join the pursuit. You can join an existing pursuit if the wanted cross the black line 3 times.
7. Any unauthorized member that are loitering near the black line within 3 car length are given 30 seconds to leave. Anyone refusing or their time limit expired will be shot without warning.
8. If any unauthorized members happens to break the rule 3 times can be issue on AOS out of their jurisdiction, or be KOS on SS grounds. To issue an AOS you must give a reason to! (Ex. Crossing the black line without any purpose or reckless drive 3 times)
9. Your are not allowed to do pullovers on SS grounds. It requestable to have APD deal with pullovers on SS grounds. Pullovers are required to be outside of the blackline!
10. Your not allowed to block the highway when the capital is NOT on lockdown. Cars must be parked on the side of the highway.
11. During a public court case everyone is allowed to be in capital except hostiles. Keep a tab on everyone that people enter or leave the capital.
12.You are not allowed to ride in car, with a government official. That unacceptable and result into demotion.
13.It required that you must keep the gate close and barriers up and at all. Any gate open or barrier down will result into demotion to all SS in the server currently.
14. Protesting is not allowed on SS ground, anyone that does will be shot on sight. They are not allowed to
15. If any unauthorized member decide to stop and chat with you, they have 10 seconds to leave SS grounds.
16. Capital staff are allowed to go inside the capital, if they have a government official with them. Government official are allowed to have 2 capital staff, for them to go inside the capital.
Escort Rule
-It required that all SS agent must follow the rules for an escort at all time. Any that are unwilling to will be punished harshly.
1. At least 4 SS agents must be on a server in order to start an official escort. 3 or less agents is not official escort. (The government official must be a mayor+)
2. APD are not allow to help with the escort at all. Any unauthorized APD/Citizen that goes near the government official or limo will be shot without warning. (The limo is allowed to on 6th gear to escape any danger that threatens the government official.)
3. Escort must have one lead car, limo in the middle and one rear car at the back. Anymore cars found help in an escort is not allowed.
4. SA cars must have their lights on x2 no siren. During an escort, SS cars are allow to not follow the traffic rules, while doing an escort.
5. Government officials are not allowed to drive the limo themselves. SS must drive the limo for the government.
6. During an escort, it required here must be one SS agent protecting the capital or controls the gate! I don’t want see the whole SS team doing the escort, there must some SS agent protecting the capital.
Lockdown Rule
-Only Senior Officer+ may start lockdown in any city for a given reason. All rules and guidelines below must be follow by every SS officers.
1. All government official must be in capital at all cost. No matter what happens all government official must be safely in the capital.
2. All government official must be escort of an unmarked SS car. (NO USING THE LIMO AT ALL) Use one SS car to pick up all the government official.
3. You are to be remain at the red line or protecting the government official in the capital. (DO NOT PATROL NEAR THE BLACK LINE) There must be at least 2 SA patrolling the red line.
4. Government officials are not allowed to leave at all. They are to remain at the capital at all the times until the lockdown. Even though they give a reason to leave, denied it and make sure they are secure in the capital.
5. If anyone seem to be a threat to the capital or a government(that means a hostile) there you allowed to kill them on sight.
6. Senior Officers+ are allowed to put a capital for the following reason. Possible terrorism in the server, a possible lethal threat to a government officials, and any threats that could put the capital in danger or the government in danger.

Section 3 - Training/Tryouts Rules and Exceptions

Training Discipline
-There is times when strictness at training goes too far. For example yelling at trainees with caps, I am not a huge fan yelling at trainees for simple things. I am warning trainer to limit it, unless it is strict training then you are allow to enforce the rules tightly.
1. At all training, in the beginning you must establish rules to all trainees. Make sure they understand and enforce it.
2. When a trainee breaks a simple offense like talking, you should at least give them a verbal warning. If they break a huge offense like disobeying or goofing around, around you can kick. If they starting to break multiple of offenses then they are ban from the server.
3. As far as I am concern you should be balancing teaching and strictness at the training. Most training I attend are usually teaching trainees or building them character. I want see both being used in trainings.
4. When a trainees does a mistake it best to you tell them why, in a nice way. If you are yelling at trainee for a simple mistake that is unacceptable, you can only yell if a trainee is hard to work with.
Group Shout Tags.
Keep a note when a Senior Officer post a message you must tagged on the end if you are going to host something. Keep information tagged in the back for at least one week.

Section 4 - Promotion guidelines and guide
-Please note that not all methods of promotion can work for, find ones that fits for you.
The most obviously way to get promotion is by attending trainings and show your best. Trainers usually look for trainee that understand the material, they are trying to teach. Other trainees look for trainees that had behave very well. Finally some trainers look for people that had performed very well in a event or simulation. The second way is to show you are very active. It can be done by patrolling Akron, and doing an excellent job. Currently two ways you can be promote through Field Agent and Officer in 1st class. To obtain Special Agent you must get a recommendation from a Senior Officer and it has to be approve by Head Senior Officer+. To obtain Senior Officer you must be handpick from the Head Supervisor, himself.

Section 5 - Punishment System
-Anyone that breaks the rules given in the handpick Senior Officer are allow to give punishment according to punishment system. It senior officer’s job they must enforce the rules no matter what, anyone senior officer that doesn’t do their job will be remove from the position. Senior officer must report suspension and demotion on SS logs. There are separate punishment that are given in rules be wary of it.
General Punishment(Field training-Officer in 1st Class)
1. Verbal warning along with a one week suspension if they happen to break any of the rules.
2. Two week suspension along with a demotion if happen to break a rule and first punishment had been given to them in the past. Or they happen to bend the rules and start arguing with a high-ranking officer.
3. Demotion to the lowest rank/one month suspension. Can only happen if they broke a rule for the third time, if the second punishment has been give to them.
4. Exilation. It will be given to a player have been given third punishment or had done something majorly bad.
(Note) Punishments toward high-ranking official will be decide by the Head Senior Officer+ and will be discussed both by the Deputy Supervisor and the Head Supervisor.

Conclusion
All rules that are in the handbook are subject to change at any given time by the Head Supervisor, Deputy Supervisor or Head Senior Officers. Again by being in SS you had agree to all the rules given in the HandBook. Senior Officers are highly advised to enforce the rules very tightly or be removed from your position.
