What is an 'owner'? A game owner? Limited owner? Please specify. I'm pretty sure every single person besides a few old 2005ers owns a game, and I'm pretty sure millions more own a limited. We do not get what you are saying.

If you mean place owner, they usually get spammed. That, or they change their messages to followers only to prevent annoying group bots
