No support, abusable, here's why:
> Buys VIP door gamepass
> Enters door
> Refunds
Rinse and repeat for every game.
I think if you're going to do refunds, you should only be allowed to refund it once. If you buy it again, you're stuck with it permanently. |

William, it'd be the same for any item if you can just refund it infinitely. Buy it, and when you get bored of it, get rid of it. There needs to be some anti-abuse system, refunds need to only be used when the product was not worth it, not because you don't use it anymore. |

this thread is very true. I bought so much garbage, 85% of my entire account is filled with stuff I don't want. it would be great if you could refund, just once, and get your robux back

Gummy, the point is you wanted that stuff at some point, and it would be wrong to take the money away from the creator because you don't use it anymore.
Here's what I think: Stuff you buy in-game is held as a purchase for 3 days. We can apply a less strict version of this to the rest of the site - say - 2 hours and allow refunds for any product for up to 2 hours after purchase. That is more than enough time to decide whether or not you're happy with it.
The exception is developer products - these should never be refundable. You gain permanent in-game benefits as soon as you buy them and there's no real way to take them away. (I mean sure, ROBLOX can add a ProductRefunded callback but let's apply this to PF - say someone buys all the points packages, spends it on all they want, then refunds them all. What are you gonna do, give them negative credits? They've already got what they want for free.)
