it shows bad management, when vaktus himself is inactive
you cant get development work squat done with an inactive head

vaktus is probably the most popular c&ger on roblox
if anyone else were to be heading the project, nobody would want to join and people would write it off as "just a dream"
but since he's the head, people might actually get together and start getting work done
plus, VAK isnt even ran by Vaktus anymore. its mostly ran by the HR's
he's probably been working on RoVerse more than anything

and if you are head dev, you have to consider multiple things concerning compatibility with building standards and scripting standards

if youre a half decent scripter you are probably smart enough to realize that you wont get work done under an inactive clan leader who has a bad history of managing the development department, inactivity, and inexperience in current standards of building and scripting

im not salty, im pointing the facts
i have the experience of working under multiple people for multiple clans, with different results from each.
the combination of factors presented shows that it wont work,
its not salty for drawing conclusions from previous experience,
its false hopes for dedicating yourself to a project when evidence is clear

you aren't really pointing facts you really are just bringing up things that have occurred in the past, let the guy dream you can bag the idea all you want but I don't think it will stop people from assisting him.
but who knows maybe the project won't ever pick up, we'll all have to see

I'm not inactive I'm just don't make public appearances often. I made the RoVerse Trailer by myself while setting up and managing the development team of the real game. Check how much I am online on my Steam account if you don't believe me, that's where I do all administrative work.

I need developers because I don't know jack squat about scripting other than simple edits here and there. I have great ideas and plenty of experience setting up hierarchies and keeping them coordinated even while dealing with a severe health condition. Even if I could script and build like Silent and Owen, I'd be foolish to take on such a large scale project alone.
