Hi, i'm a person that has no BC, and I want to make a shirt that people can enjoy. But I can't follow my dream. Why, because I need BC to do that and i can't afford it and can't get a job, such as lemonade stand and other stuff. I really want the people who own Roblox to add this one thing, besides, i know a lot of people on here that don't have permision to get a job and people who can't afford it. Please add this to Roblox!

There was once a time that NBCs could upload shirts and pants. The catch was that they couldn't sell their uploads. There's a few pros and cons to that system. The biggest pro was anyone could practice designing clothes. The con was a lot of copied clothes getting uploaded by NBCs. With the removal of TIX, I imagine bringing back that system would be more of a benefit than anything else.

Well I used to be BC and TBC. After when I was BC/TBC I started to understand how people who doesn't have robux feels.I do agree that we should make shirts.

Thanks and i mean a lot more than making shirts. I also mean that I want NBC people to be able to sell the creations that they make with Robux. I might think that many people would not agree with this though.

ROBLOX learned their lesson for allowing NBC to have the ability to create clothing and sell said clothing and it's not gonna happen again. When someone complained (well, one of those people among the huge amount that complained) about it being BC+ only to create clothing and sell it, SlingshotJunkie replied with this: "They were never meant to be allowed to do this, it was a work around of our system. If it had not been abused we might have let it slide but we were seeing more and more people use it to attempt to circumvent our rules which we could not allow.
