I try to get a lot of sleep in I take a 3-hour nap and then sleep for 5-hours when I really should get 8 hours straight of sleep Then I put in that work in the AM *muscle emoji*

"I went to bed at 9:30 PM and didn't fall asleep until 1:30 AM" Always happens to me before big events like an SAT, big test/project presentation in general, first day of school, and probably will happen to me the night before my driving test I figured out it's a sign of nervousness and slight fear. It's what happens in the morning that makes all the difference
