I just gave an idea. Here's a full list of who I'd personally allow to edit it, in order of hierarchy: - Night - All Clan Managers - President + Vice President - Some cabinet - Some department directors The Wikia would contain extensive history of all of N-USA, from ex-directors to events that happened. Also it'd explain every division, agency, branch and department. Also contain all executive orders AND bills. This will be like the supreme guideline.

I'd be a constant Administrator of it. The page will be fully accessible, other than the things that don't need to be changed, like branches and executive orders. I'm almost always on, and I'm known for being good at writing, generally.

Write and keep track of EVERYTHING. Everything in NUSA has its story and has an impact; from bills, Congress, Cabinet members, agencies, etc.

Keep track of military also; keep track of military divisions, branches, etc. So you'd need a person from every field in NUSA to manage this, not just some inactive CMs.
