Add the ability to toggle Friend Requests?

Every day when I join servers I get random Friend Requests from people I haven't even spoken to. People that haven't even been on the server for three minutes are sending me Friend Requests, and it's freakishly annoying. So I deny their Friend Request, and I have to deny it on the Roblox homepage as well. Not to mention the fact that they send it again. And again. And again. Point is, I would like to be able to toggle whether or not I can receive Friend Requests. Add it as an option in the "Settings > Social" area. If I toggle that, then I won't receive Friend Requests unless I turn the ability back on, when I'm genuinely trying to make friends with someone that isn't a random stranger whom I'll never meet again.

That's the whole reason I made this post. I'm sick and tired of declining the requests over and over again. I deny at least 20 a day. Make it 40, since you have to decline it both in-game and on the Roblox homepage. It's the same with messaging. You go to games, you leave, you have like three messages, all the same copy-and-past crap, telling you to join their group. If you can set messages to friends only, then why can't you turn off Friend Requests?

I have to profess support for this. I stopped declining friend requests two days ago to see how many I get. I have 17 waiting in my pending. The fact I have to decline it in game, and then minimise the game browser just to decline the same person on-site, only to go back and see they've resent the request is just... it's not necessary. There's no reason we SHOULD have to do this. Add 2.5k - 4k posts - I don't know I didn't count like you ❖ E-Day is Coming ❖

@crbn The problem is, I hate notification icons. I don't know what the issue I have with them is, but I can't stand them. That's why I want to stop them from happening in the first place.

Support, I don't know why people want this to not be added so badly. It's optional. It's so annoying when I get friend requests and I just want to be notified if I have a message. murp

i completely agree. I actually thought of this before and recently, i have just been leaving my friend requests to be, and i got 41 requests in two weeks. ( ridiculous ) the only downside to this idea is that i would see is if you want to friend someone you know and their friend option be off, you would not be able to friend them, ( or vise versa.)
