1. I was online, looking through the catalog, and the "Vella Resort and spa" ad caught my eye. So I went to it and played the game.
2. I see that some staff are not there and periodically, there is some chaos. I feel obliged to fix some of it as a Vella Resort employee. I would be active in the workplace and handy when needed.
3. Because I am a very patient person when it comes to working with people and I would love to help solve problems.
4. I would not only try but do my very best to minimalize complaints and minimalize excessive and unnecessary long lines.
