Thomas Deng, the Kenyan born in 1997. Deng currently plays for the Melbourne Victory and has featured for the Australian U20 and U23 teams. Deng is currently eligible to play for 3 national teams, Australia, Kenya, and South Sudan. Deng will most likely start off with PSV U21s who play in the Dutch Eerste Divisie(2nd tier)

I don't know why he wouldn't represent Australia out of all those options

"He moved to Australia at a very young age." okay but if he played on the youth squads why wouldn't he pick Australia over Kenya or South Sudan, not like those two have any shot at qualifying for the World Cup or success at AFCoN anyway
