Some things to think about:
- There are a lot of cadets in the RCPD, If all the trainers are busy training cadets then what about the other people for normal training? We don't have that many high ranks.
- Are you sure this idea will work? How can we prevent people from cheating? What will these cadet tests contain?
Think of these things and have some answers ready for when you present the bill to the house. |

1. Yea There's A Lot, But A Lot Of Them Are Pretty Inactive. It Explains How 33 THOUSAND Members Of This Group Are Cadets.
2.To Prevent Them From Cheating, They Must Be Supervised By MR Commanders. We May Not Have Much Trainers But We Have A Lot Of MR Commanders. HR+ Can Supervise The MR's To See If They Are Training The Cadets Correctly. If a Commander Does NOT Detain The Cadet(s) For Cheating Or Is Helping The Cadet Pass, He Must Be Demoted. I Just Wanted To Say That The Cadet Test Is Like A Smaller Version of A Police Training. You Will Do The Things That You Would Normally Do. It Will Only Do Defensive Tactics (To Measure Your Reaction Time) And How You React To Driving Situations. (So You Wont Get Pulled Over For No Reason). If The Cadet Has An Error With The Situation, Then The Commander Can Point It Out And Tell Them To Fix It Next Training, Then After They Are Done, They Will Get The Results By How The Commander Thinks They Did. You Must Get At Least A 7/10. Anything Lower Is A Fail.
3. To Not Consume Too Much Time, The Cadet Test Will Only Have 5 Cadets And 1 Commander And A Supervisor If Needed Per Day And If There Is No Commander Available, The Training May Not Happen. But There Is A Chance Later On That If A Colonel Is Available And Already Knows What To Do, He May Be A Temporary Trainer.

Very right, Dar, I have been in hostage situations multiple times and the cadet that went in acually killed the hostage, then the hostage taker exploded

First you need a Cadet trainer who is active 24/7 and hosts 24/7.
And if we get one and they are "trained" to officer they can still abuse after the "Training".

1. Not 24/7 I Said That There Can Only Be One Training Every 24 Hours. So They Don't Have To Stay On The Whole Day.
2. Sure They Can Abuse. But We Have Witnesses And HR's Can Spectate The Training If Anything Goes Wrong. Besides It Will Be Short As It Is Only Like A Mini Police Training. It Just Has The Defensive Tactics And Driving Situations, So It Wont Matter If You Abuse Much.
3. Can You Please Stop Criticizing My Capitalizing. It's My Habit. It's Hard For Me To Stop.
