I understand that this doesn't always bring in the best of talent, but it's an upgrade from nothing.
I'm specifically looking for good fighters that will serve as an example to the lower ranks of what to be in terms of fighting, raiding, and defending.
I'm also looking for people who can be active at most times of the day, especially in the morning (10 AM- 12PM EST.)
A little bit about II:
450+ members.
Starting out fresh, so there will be a lot of recruiting.
Decent tech (this will not be our main focus.)
Little activity >RIGHT NOW<. I will be bringing in people to help me fix this, hopefully you are one of them.

I posted this to the shout. The only problem is that, as I stated in the post, the clan is pretty inactive and while a few will apply for HR position, most are unqualified. Thanks though.
