This guide will tell you all you need to know about how we do our ranks here at Blackwater. Our ranks are formed a little bit differently than other groups, So the point of this is to better your understanding in Blackwater. [Ranking System] To start this guide off, You will start your career as a Basic Contractor, After you've had a background check and have been accepted and promoted from Job Queue. The only was to be promoted from a Basic Contractor is to be apart of what we call a "Basic Training" A Basic training gives you a variety of subjects to learn and advances your skill to further your future with Blackwater. How do you attend a Basic Training? This is perhaps an easy question to answer Trainings will often occur at the Blackwater Headquarters, Where you will be trained by the Training & Education Command. The BT&EC ( Blackwater Training & Education Command ) is the ONLY division in Blackwater that is able to host a "Basic Training" to further your career for Blackwater, Other divisions such as Aviation and Marksmen do not host these no matter there rank in the division. So make sure your on the look out for a Basic Training being hosted daily if your still a Basic Contractor, Don't feel afraid to ask someone whom is apart of a division for help either. Just simply say Can you help me find the Basic Training? And they should guide you where you need to go. What will you be doing during a Basic Training? You will be doing a variety of things to better yourself to be fit to be joining a division in Blackwater. Such as- -Classroom time ( This can last a long time because as a Basic Contractor you have a'lot to learn about our divisions along with our base and patrol zones & just simple how to do things. -Line Formations As a Private Military Company we will be hired by other companies to help them with a job which what we provide will be places on a different forum. On the other hand you will need to know how to do things such as a Wedge in a very very small amount of time literally a split second because we want to act professional around the people that hire us. -Shooting Range In order to advance your shooting, aiming, stability and simply how to professionally use a weapon you will have be thought by the BT&EC on how to do these things and better your shot. -Obstacles In the future of your Blackwater career you will experience obstacles you will be forced to do and pass along the way, So doing these obstacles simply better your understanding on how to do them without putting yourself in danger nor your comrades or even the person you've been hired to protect etc. The BT&EC might also time you on how well you do and when exactly you passed and you might be asked to repeat the obstacle if you did not finish it in a reasonable time. -Graduation You have passed all the test that the BT&EC have thrown at you and they think you have done a good enough job to pass the Basic Training and you will not be moving on to picking your division. Yes you have a choice of what you want to be, our divisions consist of Marksmen, Aviation, Naval, Training & Education, & the Special Operations. Each division will host try-outs daily that if you have passed and graduated your Basic Training I recommend you attend. You'll most likely want to look through the allies displaying our variety of divisions we have here at Blackwater and pick one that you think will suit you the best and you would do your best job in, But make sure you try your best and show your best during a try-out to assure you get in. One done a try-out for a division of your choosing and have graduated you will be asked to join the division group itself and you will be further promoted in the main group to whatever unit ( division ) you have been accepted into. For the main group that will be your rank for a while until it's your time to become a Unit Instructor or Unit Leader, the main group ranks don't really matter. Once you get into a division it's all about the division rank so keep that in mind. I hope this guide furthered your understanding on how our ranks work. Thank you for taking the time to read this.
