First off. The only things that are actually allowed for NBC to make money are gamepasses and donations via group payouts.
Selling drawings, buildings, thumbnails or anything else that is not meant to be sold is NOT ALLOWED ON ROBLOX.

Okay lets face it. Who cares if someone sends someone art for exchange for some robux. This could be a private transaction and nobody would care.
Roblox rules has a lot of content and 50% of the rules are being broken everytime. |

Logos, uniforms, places are being sold everytime. Roblox cannot prevent this. And why would an individual report another. Thats just stupid.
And do you know why roblox prevents this? Because they dont want free users to earn currency so they "have to buy for real money". Roblox is becoming greedier and greedier every year. |

I just made this post to counter people saying 'OMG NBC HAVE TONS OF WAYS TO MAKE ROBUX XD!!!!!'. There is only 2 ways, and both are very hard to profit by.
I don't know who on earth will donate to a random NBC'er, considering the worth of robux right now.
Gamepasses are EXTREMELY had to profit by due to the 90% tax, and no starter currency to advertise with. Many NBC'ers have to retreat to breaking the rules by spamming on the front page games. |

Technically. It's technically against the rules. If you don't scam though, you likely won't get banned. This is because even ROBLOX interns and people that devex do this.

TOS was recently updated, but it's always been *technically* against the rules to sell thumbnails, buildings, etc. The rules aren't enforced if you don't scam.

Well actually, you ARE allowed to privately sell drawings, models, etc. but they are saying it is not recommended because of how easy it is to get scammed. Although, they are still allowed.
