When a ally joins a its ally that's going to war, and one of the terms are no allies, that's not mercing. Mercing is when you pay or "hire" a group or one person to help you.

they didn't add no allies to their war terms until after RoL said they'd become our allies because they're scared of a 3k and 90 member clans when they're 90k lol we!!! we love!!! we love RAT!!!
