【Sections】 ★Section: I: Introduction ★Section II: Rules ★Section III: Rank System ★Section IV:Training ★Section V: Protocol ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ★Introduction★ Welcome to the United Nations Space Command Navy Rules and Regulations. This will help you advance in the UNSC Navy. If you are to be active, recruit often and for Officers, host training then you will successful climb up the rank ladder. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ★Rules★ Maturity will always be enforced at all UNSC bases and ports. When you patrol you are expected to wear the UNSC Navy morph . If you refuse to wear the morph when a Naval Officers or NCO orders you to wear the uniform, you will be given a warning , if you still don't listen you will be demoted and if you refuse to listen still, you will be exiled. If you are demoted falsely, inform High Command about and they will fix your rank. All Naval Personal is to be treated fairly, rather you're a sailor or Commissioned Officers, you must show respect to all of your fellow soldiers. While I enforce strict rules, I also offer rewards and chances to fix your actions. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ★Rank System★ The rank system of the UNSC Navy goes from Crewman to Vice Admiral, each rank will specify it's command, and requirement in order to advance up: -Enlisted- Crewman: The very first rank of the UNSC Navy, must attend a training and learn how to fly aircraft Petty Officer: Must ask an Officer for permission to fly a Pelican, continue attending training Cheif Petty Officer: No longer needs permission to fly. Is be an example to lower ranking sailors. Senior Cheif Petty Officer: Is considered a Non-Commissioned Officer and can lead flight squadrons Master Cheif Petty Officer: The highest enlisted rank in the Navy. Must go through OCS to become an Ensign. -Officers- Ensign: Junior Officer of the Navy, must host training regularly and command flight squadrons. Lieutenant: Still a Junior Officer, operates in the bridge of a vessel and manages the crew in a ship. Commander: A senior officer in the Navy. They are OCS instructors and mentors for NCOs. They are also First Officers for Captains in UNSC vessels Captain: Has full command of a UNSC vessel, oversees training and approves promotions. Vice Admiral: Second in Command of the UNSC Navy, helps the Admiral create protocols, rules and manuals for the UNSC Navy. Is the Admiral's right-hand man. ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ★Trainings★ Officers must maintain a good amount of activity at all times, I expect you to be an example for the sailors. -Trainings- All Officers must host training at least twice a week. MCPOs may Co-host/assist in their training. Training must be the least, 1 hour. You are to focus on teamwork, combat, and discipline, and flying. -Training Manual- Faces -Make sure all naval personnel know how to execute faces properly: Left, right, about, center, and inclines Close-Quarters Combat - Close Quarters Combat should be at the UNSC Infinity when training at New Alexandria. Sailors must be trained to use shotguns and pistols. Marching - When getting sailors to march you should say "Crew(Left/Right)Face" and then order "Forward March" - Navy or Marine cadences must be commenced while marching. Look up on the internet or on the Roblox audio to find cadences General Commands -"Crew, form a single file line on me" Form an "SFL" on the Officer. -"Shoulder-to-Shoulder" Form a horizontal line in front of the Officer -"Atten-Hut" Deselect all tools you have equipped.(Never move/speak in attention unless asked a question) At-ease Positions: All At-ease positions involve you selecting the tool "at-ease" "Parade Rest"- You do not move and are not allowed to speak AT ALL. "At-ease"- You do not move but you may speak when asked a question "At-rest"- You do not move but you may speak when you want. -Activity Checks- There will be Activity Checks for Officers every month. I will shout when activity checks are. The reasons of activity checks are to ensure Officers are doing their jobs, training, and leading men. Failure to do this job will be demoted to one rank and be put in Officer Candidate School(OCS). ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ ★Protocol★ -All Naval Personnel must use any type of shotgun and a pistol( Since Navy cannot spawn with a pistol, use only a shotgun) -Navy Pilots may use a BR-55 and a pistol as well. -Officers can BR-55s as well.

I like it all except for the "Marine/Navy" cadences. We're Navy, no Marine Corps cadences. Period.

If we have an annomoules Sailor playing Marine Corps Cadences out there that could literally be ANYONE, then I find that problematic. I want the issue solved if you see it. In fact, I want the next Sailor that plays a Marine Corps cadence without a reasonable cause for doing so to receive a warning. We're Navy, not Marine Corps. We're Blue, and We're True!

How many times have you guys actually used the Rests? the only 1 I've ever used is at rest. I don't think their that necessary. Also, the shotgun only rule is terrible because of its range. Even with the BR-55 our fight effectiveness when not in the air is horrible because the enemy has faster-firing weapons and the Burst isn't gonna cut it. We should be able to use all weapons except the rockets UNLESS the hostiles are Camping the airfield. As for the training, it should be Faces, Jumping Jacks, Obby, PVP(1v1s, Teams, CTF), class(Explaining the controls of ships, the class, the weapons, the ways they help us, etc.) Then after that, we quiz them individually. After the quiz we then do lots of flying and if possible PVP Air combat.

Oi...if you're not Commander, Captain, or above, you should not be training them to use ships quite yet. Faces have a purpose, their for drills. I put them active in the Navy for a reason. It will remain like that.
