Say, the NBC'ers can buy an item R$15 and under ONE time. If they have R$7 at the time of purchase, they will go R$8 into debt. If they do not pay that debt off, then they will not be allowed to do anything.
The debt must be paid within a set amount of time (speculate for me!), and if it is not, something negative will happen (speculate) to that user.
Discuss and, as stated, add and speculate! This is a singular conclusion to the """problem""" of not having tix anymore, but it only works ONE time. |

Elaboration: Perhaps after, say, six months the offer is made. OR, for a special event of some sort (like Christmas, or the initiation of Halloween). It's a very rough idea, and it's very open to criticism.

It is debt, not money. They can buy, a R$15 hat while having R$0, but they'd go R$15 into debt. It's not giving them money in itself, so they can't transfer the absence of money itself...

R$15 limiteds? That's not a thing, I don't think. Even Riptide, probably the cheapest limited, is like R$150 (I own about 7 of them). As NBC'ers, they can't sell nor trade their items.
How would they even transfer them?
