Some had a good draft. Others had a terrible draft. Gonna break it down. Going in order of how people picked.
Ottawa Bears:
Who did they pick? Piratesfan21, iipostman, ClutchK, Wistfulspongbobbest, and LouiErikson21.
Welp, you can't even sugarcoat this. This is the worst draft class I've ever seen. They either picked JHL players, inactive players, or people who don't care about RNHL. I wish there was a rating worse then a "F", but there isn't.
Grade: I for incomplete. This isn't an RNHL team.
Kansas City Royals:
Who did they pick? Nomer, iikaner, freebeast, hancock3, and nastyeddie
This might seem a little bit bias but this is a very good draft class. All of these players are active. While not everyone is highly skilled everyone is above JHL talent. 4 of these 5 players have been on the team before. They picked up good depth players and also someone who can play with ericbassi on the top line.
Grade: A-
San Mateo Bananas
Who did they pick? Obbert, Badcole, Milanfan, Bunghole, and Sportsfan
This is another good draft class, at least on paper. Bung and Sports can be inactive at times. Everyone here is above JHL talent which is nice to see. Overall this could really help the Bananas in trying to push for the playoffs.
Grade: B+
Moose Jaw Sorcerers
Who did they pick? Flashing114xx, Rexonous, TheUnknownShoe, Shadowblade1339, look09, and Wingdingz
They didn't have as good of a draft as the two teams above them, but they still had a good draft. They got some good depth players. Nobody's name sticks out as good but alpha proved last year he only needs jhl players to do good. It would be scary to see another star player come and play with Alpha.
Grade: B-
Sandy Bay Havoc
Who did they pick? PinkySvug, Auraphara, RRIHL, Comicdude, and MarianMarshall99.
O man where do I start? They drafted 3 retired players and 2 JHL players. Aura is not good and played badly for KC. He also hardly showed up. Pinky has said he doesn't want to play RNHL. RRIHL and Comicdude quit roblox. Marshall looks like the best pick tbh. It still isn't as bad as Ottawa's draft. They can still at least try to get one of the 3 to comeback. If pinky, rr, and comic actually played this would easily be the best draft group this year.
Grade: D
Carolina Warriors
Who did they pick? Frostysvug, Dammaster, NHLHockeyKid25, KidKyros, Korminatorz
This is a pretty good group. Despite Frosty not playing in RNHL this season this is a good group. Dam is a very good defensman who could probably play l1 for a couple other teams. If frosty was going to play this would defiantly be an "A"
Grade: C+
Columbus Storm
Who did they pick? Baresi, Appleman28, Crossbowjoe, Rodriquex, Vikesboy01
They drafted 3 goalies. Only 1 is even RNHL worthy. Apple use to be good but he has become too laggy and inactive. Vikes is JHL talent. Cross is the only RNHL talent even though he has the skill set of a top back up goalie. Despite apple being active everyone still plays roblox. Baresi isn't as good as what he use to be. Most of these players are below average to above average. Nobody is really impressive.
Grade: C-
San Jose Kings
Who did they pick? Rataids, HymersOP, UndercoverProdigy, Infamousguy33, iiKessel81
I have only heard of 3 of these guys. Only 2 I would say could even start for a RNHL team (excluding Ottawa. Everyone here could start for Ottawa). Rataids is inactive. HymersOP is a very good defensman and was a solid draft pick in the 2nd round. They're first 3 picks are solid. The next 2 aren't. Rataids and Hymers ended up being traded to SBH.
Grade: B
