Lets say you want to make a car in roblox studio.
and you made the hubcap decal already on Microsoft paint.
But to use the image, you have to publish it on roblox. (with is understandable)
but at the same time, you Don't want to publish the decal thinking someone will download the image and publish it as their own.
Well, Their can be a solution.
When you publish a decal there will be a button that will ask you if you want the image to be seen by anyone else.
Nether the decal or the template can be seen by anyone except,the person logged into the decal creators account.
the only way people can see your decal is you you put it on a model in roblox studio.

did you even read the terms of serivce!? if you did here is what it would say...

I'd rather have a button that says something like "[ ] Other Users Can Access Asset ID"

Because uploading it to ROBLOX.com is uploading it to the catalog. If you don't want it to be seen, upload it through surfacegui image labels straight from your computer.
