Application for Prison Staff at Trinidad Correctional Facility Welcome, inmate. We are glad to hear that you will be attempting to join the ranks of the prison staff at the Trinidad Correctional Facility. At the time of writing, prison staff form the ranks of the guards. Guards manage the prison and keep the inmates who live inside of it in line. We recommend at LEAST skimming through our guard handbook before making the application. Grammar, punctuation, and proper spelling are not necessary, but will boost your chances of being promoted to prison staff by far. Please know that no matter how close you are to the high ranking staff, your request to be promoted may still be denied. ----------------------------------------------------------- Part 1: Personality 1. In a SINGLE word, how would you describe yourself? 2. What is an inmate to you? 3. How are you treated as an inmate? 4. How long do you usually stay with your groups? 5. With the privileges of power that come with being a guard, how do you think you will act? Give at least 5 complete sentences. Part 2: Background Check (Personal) 1. Have you ever been in a prison group before? 1a. If so, what rank were you? 2. Please list your previous groups and their ranks before. Give links to them if possible. 3. Which members of the group do you know? (Not personally, just in general.) 4. Name one incident in one of your previous groups where you have been demoted. Please describe the reason that you were demoted. 5. Do you have a history of any of the following? (Trolling, rage quitting, exploiting, group hopping, abusing power.) Is there anybody we can ask to validate this fact? Part 3: Background Check (Group) 1. How many times have you been reprimanded as an inmate? (Put in solitary, lockdown, or beat. This answer WILL be analyzed for truth.) 2. About how often do you attend prison gameplay sessions? Pick one of the following. -Never -Almost Never -Sometimes. -Almost every time I'm asked. -Whenever they're available. 3. Have you attempted to resist guards? How so? Describe the incident in detail from a neutral perspective. 4. Do you listen to orders when they're given? 5. How long have you been in this group? Part 4: Handbook Test 1. When do you use a baton? A detain tool? 2. When do you salute somebody? 3. When you're on duty, who is your commander? 4. Describe a scenario during which you would have to lock a prisoner down. 5. Describe a scenario where you would have to put a prisoner in solitary. 6. In your own words, what is the dress code? What are the punishments for failing to follow it? 7. Give one sentence that you think would be inappropriate for the radio. Give one sentence you think would be appropriate as well. 8.
