Funny thing is I would take him with open arms right now considering the only better striker we have is Sturridge and he never lasts more than 10 games in a row.

I consider Origi more of a winger, since thats where he was played a lot last season. If he is actually used as an out and out striker, then yes he is better than Torres Ings is just useless. He didnt even make the England squad. And you saw us against Iceland, so what does that say about him.

I don't think you really know Liverpool as much as you think you do. Origi was deployed as a striker under Klopp, and at one point was our #1 option even over a healthy Sturridge. Ings was injured for most of the season but showed a lot of promise prior. He will be a very nice option going forward.

Kid, under Brendan Rogers Origi was used as a left wing most of the time. It wasn;t until later on when Klopp put him at striker did his stats begin to improve. 10 goals in all competitions, would have been much higher if he had been used as a striker earlier. Im still not sure about Ings. I wasnt a big fan of the signing to begin with, but Ill see what Klopp does with him. Hopefully he can match his potential
