Oh by the way, all of the good SCSG members left them behind so the division died out. Then a lot of SCs remaining competent HiCom resigned so I really don't think they could compete with RAT for #3.

Why is AC put up so high when they're unproven. I also feel that OO and UAF should be higher up, whilst LS should be lowered down considering they do not host events that actively.
