Declaration of War on Prime Legion,
War Declaration
29th June, 2016
The Ominous led by ne_ko formally declares war on ‘Prime Legion’, known as PL.
It is time where The Ominous shows our power in the clan world and this is the right start.
Current terms:
The first side to 15 wins (evidence must be shown in the form of screenshots, no cropping)
No glitching (including sword-glitching) (results in warn/kick/ban from server)
No exploiting, exploits at raids/defenses will be declared void, a win will be given to the opposite side if evidence is shown of whom the exploiter was and where they were from
No base changes unless agreed upon by both sides LEADERS.
Defensive wins are not allowed.
You must message a HR from the opposite side 10 minutes beforehand, the HR must be online when sent
Raiding times: 4PM-10PM EST during weekdays (keep in mind school), 1PM-11PM during weekends
Allies are not allowed during the war, this is one on one
No admin abusing at the bases or dirty tactics
Swords only (obviously)
No refusal to defend, if evidence is provided the opposite side refused to defend it results in a victory
After raiding you must wait 20 minutes to re-raid, allows the opposition a chance to retaliate so it isn’t the constant offensive of one side
