My fellow Americans, today I am proud to announce my candidacy for the House of Representatives. Like many Americans today, I see a bright future ahead for the USA, but the only way to turn this vision into a reality is to elect strong, smart, and determined leaders. We need leaders that will put the interests of the American people ahead of their own ambitions and desires. That is exactly what I will do as a representative.
The future for the United States is bright, but right now, the our country is in trouble. Right now, unemployment is rampant throughout the country. Our military power is declining. Corruption has infected the country, and recently has contaminated some of the most powerful officials in our country. And on top of all that, crime is common, and often glorified by gangs and criminals. The country needs true and selfless leaders to help end the many issues in front of us. I can, and will be that leader.
-[What I Will Do as a Representative]-
Being a Representative will be a difficult job, I'm the first one to admit it, and it is even harder to be a Representative that works for the people, not themselves. I know what it takes to succeed at this difficult job, and I am prepared to do so. Many people running for the House of Representatives will tell you that they are going to change things, and stop things, and make new things. In reality, however, they cannot, and they will not. A Representative cannot simply change things on their own, they need the help of other congressional members. Teamwork is what it takes. If I am elected, I plan on working on fixing the problems in the United States with my colleagues in the House and Senate. I plan on both supporting and introducing legislation in Congress that fit my views while simultaneously support the wellbeing of Americans.

[Unemployment and the Economy]
This issue is the most important. Today, unemployment is sky high, and most jobs are provided by the United States Government. This needs to change. It's time that we support the many great private companies in the United States, and encourage the innovators and entrepreneurs in this country to open up businesses and companies, and create jobs for the Americans who are struggling to find them. We need to make it easier for businesses to become officially recognized, and give incentives to businesses who employ more people.
[The Armed Forces]
The United States is known around the world as one of the most powerful nations. Regrettably however, our military in recent months has been on the decline. The military needs more soldiers. Our military's leaders also need to be encouraged to train our soldiers more often, in order to be ready for a crisis. We cannot take losses anymore in the military. The United States must have the most powerful military in all the world.
[Corruption]
Corruption, a hot topic recently, will be talked about by most people running for the House of Representatives, some even as their main point. No corruption should be tolerated. We as Americans cannot let lawless politicians and high up officials hold our country hostage any longer. Anyone found to be a corrupt official, should be impeached, and removed from their office if found guilty of corruption. No one should or will be exempt from this. We should also make it known to Americans which officials are corrupt, so they will never make the mistake of putting them in power again.
[Crime]
Crime in this country is everywhere. It is glorified by gangs, and savage criminals who have total disregard for law and order. These selfish individuals can no longer hold our country down. In order to stop the spread of crime, we need to equip our police with the adequate tools needed to combat crime in our cities, along with training, and recruitment of more officers. We also need to increase job opportunities, as many criminals resort to crime because they have no job in the United States.
[Foreign Policy]
Although I believe that America should come first, we need to work with other countries in the world to ensure that the interests of the United States are sought after. We need to cooperate with our allies to make sure that our country and our allies are safe in this dangerous world. We also need to stop any threats to the United States, whether it be terrorism, or the threat of a rouge nation out to hurt us.
Our country has a bright future ahead of us, but we need to ensure that it happens. We need to elect strong, smart, and dedicated leaders to ensure that our country is on the right path, the path towards success. America is great, and in order to make sure it stays great, I need your vote. Support me, and I'll support you, the American people.
