I'm oCxllum. I'm currently Prison Security and I'm running for the rank of Assistant Chief Officer. I started as Prison Security around the first few days when the department was first founded. Now, I'm currently running for Assistant Chief Officer and for that role you need to be active, mature, trustworthy and know how to do your job properly. I feel I have all of those qualities in me and I'm hoping to prove that I'd make a great Assistant Chief Officer. 【Section 2: Why I should be Assistant Chief Officer?】 ➢ Why should I be picked as Assistant Chief Officer? Well unlike other people I'm active and fair. I'm always on ROBLOX everyday so if you ever had a question/concern you'd be able to get a reply within 24 hours. I'm also fair to everyone and treat everyone equally. I'm actually against favoritism and it will not happen on DDOC whilst I'm Assistant Chief Officer. I always can make time for DDOC even if it's patrolling the prison or hosting a training. An other reason why I should be Assistant Chief Officer is because I'm good at commanding others and I will be able to keep the Prison Guards in order. I know how to discipline people when someone steps out of life and I can ensure you when I'm patrolling that won't happen. 【Section 3: Why would I make a good Assistant Chief Officer?】 ➢ I would make a good Assistant Chief Officer for many reasons. I'm active so this means I'm able to patrol and host trainings to give other people a chance to show their ability. I'm also trustworthy and people can trust me to do my job without abusing my powers. I'd also make a good Assistant Chief Officer because I'm good at keeping things in an orderly fashion so we can protect our prison from trespassers and make sure all prisoners are present at all times under any circumstances. The last point that shows I'd make a good Assistant Chief Officer is that my messages are always open and there is many ways someone is able to contact me so it won't be a problem if I'm needed at any point. 【Section 4: How will I benefit DDOC?】 ➢ I will benefit DDOC by being active. I will be on at least once everyday to make sure the prison is ran as smoothly as possible. I'll also make sure that I host a training once every 2 days not only to give DDOC Guards an opportunity to get promoted but also other HR's a chance to host. I also will benefit DDOC by keeping the prison in order and commanding the Guards so they know the standards the prison have. I also will benefit DDOC by punishing any individual who fails to follow a rule/regulation at any times. With me being active and easy to contact this means if the Deputy Chief Officer and Chief Officer aren't able to get contacted then people are able to contact me for help/support. 【Section 5: Conclusion】 ➢ I hope I have proved to you that I'm worthy enough to become Assistant Chief Officer.
