LYSTERIA-PATRIA-ARTILIA ACCORD || CONQUEST OF HELGHAN

As you may know, the Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord has been engaged in a war with the Atrettrian Empire since the 19th of June. During this time, TAE won 3 raids at LS's Communication Tower, and 0 raids on Ashfall and ART's Outpost Maliviar. One more win was given to TAE, after LS refused a defense. In the first week, TAE rallied approximatly 40 people to each rally, and had a lead of 4-0, and seemed to be destroying the other 3 groups. I myself was on vacation at this time, so LS was pretty much a sitting duck. I attempted to hold off the start of the war until LS stabilized and regrouped, but I was met with heavy opposition from the TAE high command. The cease-fire was denied.
However, their activity did not last. After TAE scored their 3rd win on LS, their group collapsed.
Rebellions were started, members left the clan in large groups, and activity in TAE dwindled down next to nothing. A new leader, Khadrak, was appointed in the middle of the war. He demanded a cease-fire, so that he could get his group back together. This was immediately denied by the Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord, with the reason being that we were not allowed a cease-fire in our time of need.
In the midst of this, LS scored 2 wins against TAE, making the score 4-2. Another win was awarded when a TAE High Rank blatantly refused to defend. The excuse he used was, and I quote "internal issues." At this point, the score is 4-3. In less than 2 hours, the Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord nearly tied the war score, while it took TAE about a week to get their 4-0 lead.
In the following days, the Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord attempted to raid TAE twice more, and each time they were met with a High Rank telling them that TAE could not rally enough to defend, and to just take the win. It's honestly quite sad to see TAE fall this far.
As of right now, the war score is 5-4, in the Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord's favor. TAE refuses to update their description to match this, even though many ex-TAE hicom members have accepted that this is the true war score. It is ignored by the current, corrupted members of the group. Many people are misinformed about the war because of this.
Now that you know the full story of this war, I am going to tell you what the Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord is going to do next.
We shall not be claiming victory, and we shall not be surrendering, or putting the war on hold, or enacting a cease-fire, or ending in a stalemate. We shall continue to fight TAE, and occupy their fort in the event that they are unable to get defenders.
We shall continue to fight them, until they are no longer capable of defending themselves, or until they surrender. Only then will we declare victory over them.
tl;dr Score is 5-4, we're not going to stop beating you guys until you surrender to the glorious Lysterian-Patrian-Artelian Accord.
