Starving yourself will result in binge eating. Eat healthy instead.

Eat a lot of fatty and high-carb foods and beat the punching bag until you collapse from exhaustion. You would have burned at least 2000 calories.

and u should do the right exercises for your lifestyle... for example, walking does nothing for me because i walk all day at work so i have to do other activities to actually have an effect ox

My suggestion makes you go from human basketball to Jack Nonpareil Dempsey. HIS BREAKFAST'S BREAKFAST'S BREAKFAST was a herbivore.

This advice is actually pretty true. The summer of my sophomore year I became a bit chubby, when the school year came I just stopped eating lunch. The next summer I was in great shape.

you're dumb that's now how you lose weight tbh this is something that pisses me off. I lost 60 lbs and it took every ounce of effort I had to do it. First off, not eating isn't a valid solution. Your body won't burn fat because it goes into starvation mode. You'll just lack energy and any fat you do burn will be replaced as soon as food is available. Second off, the first 10 pounds >>is easy<<. Because it's mostly water weight. The more weight you try to lose, the more difficult it gets because your body tries to maintain homeostasis(same weight, temperature, water content, etc.) and losing massive amounts of weight is counter intuitive to that. If it was actually easy, do you really think obesity would be an epidemic?

well most people recommend eating small portions all throughout the day. The next best way is to eat a HUGE breakfast and skip lunch and have a small dinner.

@questrong Some people have the issue of not being able to eat breakfast, as they don't have the appetite at a time so early; especially due to school/work so the 2nd one isn't the best idea
