MOUSE SENSITIVITY PROBLEMS

So I have my sensitivity bar set to 1 and always have been set to one but it seems that the sensitivity bar is at 10... I keep changing it every time to see if it really works but its not... does anyone know how to fix this or have thoughts on what happened?

They changed stuff without testing, besides sensitivy problems we have buttons not working and right button not working within vehicles. https://forum.roblox.com/Forum/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=192449792
