Hello fellow officers and citizens! My name is JustusMotion and I am writing this speech attempting to earn the rank HR Superintendent in DPD. Without further ado, let's get to my speech! What's your experience?: I currently am a MR Commander in DPD, I am a Airman in Docklands Police Department Aviation Command (Former Deputy Chief nominee), I was a former Senator and District Court Justice in the State of Docklands, I currently run a state of my own, I was a former Police Commissioner in a U.K. group as well. Why do you want this rank?: I want this rank to make sure that I can host trainings that will give our officer's the knowledge and training that they need to become a successful officer. I want to make sure that they know what to do in tough situations or dangerous situations endangering citizens and maybe even Government Officials. I want to make sure they know what to do in a kidnapping situation, a shootout situation, a bombing situation. You name it, I want to teach them what they need to know so that they can have a good day patrolling our city's. What will you do?: I'm glad you asked. I will host LOTS and I mean LOTS of trainings every week. I will promote the people that have proven to me that they can be promoted, I will make sure that we don't have a whole bunch of (UR) Cadets or (LR) Officer or anything like that patrolling our city's. We want MR's patrolling our city's. I'm gonna make sure to do all these things. Keeping place's safe has been my number one priority since I became a DPD officer. Why should we choose you over somebody else?: I'm on more than most of the people attempting to get the job. I can host trainings 4 times a day. I'm a hard worker, I don't abuse, I don't act immature, I don't promote based on favoritism, I will host lots of fun and sometimes strict trainings. Thanks for reading my speech! I wish all my fellow Commander's good luck! And thanks to the wonderful HR's and HC's for hosting the training and letting us show what we can do. Thank you. This speech contains 2,061 characters
