Firstly all Master elites and up who failed to message me active in one form or another have been demoted to Elites with the exception of Adrian, Adrian was only spared the demotion because he has 1000+ Intel for the month of June meaning he is technically active even though he did not message me so he gets out on a loophole otherwise if you didnt message me active you have been demoted
Secondly and almost more important the questionnaire for part one of the high rank tests comes out this Sunday the basic rules for this are send me a message answering each of the questions on the questionnaire answering each question honestly message must be SENT by Saturday July 9th (if it hits Sunday July 10th at midnight and you have not sent it then you will not be eligible for the next stage)
