I'm currently making a game. This game needs Neon and Blur effects(at least blur) to be seen for everyone. If not, it makes the game look worse. If there is already a way to make that happen(or to change their graphics), please, tell me. I hope you consider this. Have a great day :D.

the only reason somebody would be unable to see neon effects would be if their graphics are low don't parent the blur to current camera if you want everyone to see it

What I mean is I want everyone to see any blur effect at all. For that to happen they'd need graphics at 4+(I believe). Have a great day :D.
