Sure, ROBLOX is a video game, but it is also a business. A company. Big money. If ROBLOX gets breached seriously (e.g. Free BC or ROBUX), this might have financial consequences for the company. Security must be seriously improved or April 1st, 2017, will be the day we will all remember as the day when ROBLOX shut down.
I know that there will be rollbacks in case the in game economy will be seriously disrupted (e.g. Limiteds for 1 ROBUX), but there still will be consequences. What if the hackers find a way to permanently take control of the site and prevent rollbacks? Inflation. The Great ROBLOXian Depression. And a bankrupt company (because nobody will buy BC and companies who advertise on the site will discontinue their contracts because nobody wants to advertise on a compromised website).
Security must be improved, or Builderman can start searching for a new job. |

i think the wrong person is saying that
hackers can't take over websites, they sometimes can for like an hour but not forever
it's like a thief breaking into your house, throwing you out of it and locking all doors. your house isn't lost forever

How to take over an website:
1. Kill the owner
2. Claim yourself as the new owner.
3. Un-admin Admins.
4. Reset all Data and usage in the cont control panel on the website.
5. You successfully took over the website. |

they did this after dominus leaked the ROBLOX database
