If you were demoted and you are active you have not been fired.
If you were demoted and you have been inactive you are now jobless and will be required to find a job to remain an officer.
The CNP is similar to the human resources department of a corporation. The bureau provides administrative leadership and policy planning for the U.S. Navy.
After these many issues with inactivity I will be implementing a policy for inactivity as it has become one of our largest issues in the USN in a while.
