Chapter 1
This chapter identifies the purpose of Non-Commissioned Officers, Commissioned Officers, and thus addressing the rights and responsibilities of serving personnel.
________________________________________________________________________________
Typical Sizes of a Unit:
- Fire-team (3-5 personnel), typically commanded by a Corporal.
- Squadron/Section (6-12 personnel), typically commanded by a Sergeant.
- Platoon (13-20 personnel), typically commanded by a Lieutenant.
- Company (21-30 personnel), typically commanded by a Captain/Major.
- Battalion (31-50 personnel), typically commanded by a Lieutenant Colonel.
- Regiment (50+), typically commanded by a Colonel/Brig. General.
Non-Commissioned Officers are service members who hold the rank of Lance Corporal - Warrant Officer Class 1.
Commissioned Officers bear the rank of Second Lieutenant - General. They have undergone extensive leadership training. They are responsible for the training and welfare of NCO's. Senior Commissioned Officers are those holding the rank of Lieutenant Colonel or higher.

Chapter 2
This chapter outlines the types of training programs that are held, and who may hold them.
________________________________________________________________________________
Training's must be supervised by a CO. Tri-service training's may be held by any CO, though an SCO must grant permission. Any training must be held within guidelines outlined here, though the supervisor is trusted to make mature decisions at their discretion.
Tri-Service: Allow all services to attend. The purpose is to improve relations between services, and enhance operating capabilities.
Phase I Training: Must be held by services at least four times per week. Recruits may tryout at these training's, however NCO's are also required to attend. Supervised by a CO.
Phase II Training: Targeted at potential SNCO's - the purpose is to improve leadership qualities. Held once or twice per week.
Commissioned Officer Training: Should be held by a Commissioned Officer of three ranks superior - with the permission of an SCO. Held at least once per week.

Chapter 3
This chapter outlines standard operating procedures that ranks should follow.
________________________________________________________________________________
1. The Royal Military Police reserves the right to eject anyone from a training program on suspicion of misconduct, or committing a crime. The training supervisor must be notified.
2. Listed commands must be used rather than abbreviated commands ("STS" or "SFL").
3. NCO's should act as instructors whilst CO's supervise in Phase I and Phase II training's.
4. Training uniform: No.8 Dress (Multi-Terrain Camouflage) + Beret OR T-shirt. This is at the discretion of the CO.
5. Patrol uniform: No.8 Dress + Beret. Other protective gear MAY be used if authorised by a CO, though this should not disadvantage any hostiles. Patrol uniform may also be “working blues” if the patrol is on a vessel.
6. Vehicles may only be spawned in by CO's when given permission to by an SCO. NCO's are denied the right to use vehicles except where permitted by a CO+.
7. Large vessels or aircraft may only be used under the supervision of a CO/Station Commander. Small vessels that hold a fire-team or section are typically commanded by a Sergeant.

Chapter 5
This chapter lays out the promotion procedures.
________________________________________________________________________________
Promotions are awarded for expressing leadership ability, competence, discipline, and weapon-handling. Servicemen and women should not be promoted simply on the amount of “kills” acquired - they should be promoted based on their “kill/death” ratio.
Privates can obtain the rank of Lance Corporal before they have the obligation to attend an NCO course in order to become a Corporal or higher. Candidates must have an interest in leadership, with substantial previous experience. They are taught how to lead formations, given a history into the British Army, and tested for experience.
To become an Officer, candidates must be a Warrant Officer Class 1 and be recognised as a competent leader. They will undergo a training program and complete a syllabus to qualify as Officer. To advance further, they will need to present evidence of exceptional leadership (not necessarily promotions for valour with firearms).
