* Must go through all the ranks (Member > Strong Member > Elite Member)
* Fight Xotaria or MoonlessSkyMugetsu to 10 (we will have to go all out) and get 10-8 (8 kills out of 10) or more. If neither are on however, you may fight another Elite Member (if they're are any present) and beat them 10-0.
