Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION I.
This bill shall be cited as "The Creation of Bureau of Customs" or "The BoC Act"
SECTION II.
The main purpose of BoC is to oversee the trading process with allied nations, they ensure the quality of the products we export to our allied nations and the products that are imported to ours.
SECTION II.
a.) The Commissioner shall be assigned by the President himself.
b.) The Bureau shall have the maximum capacity of 50
c.) A trello shall be created to keep track of the trading records.
d.) The Deputy Commissioner shall be picked by the Commissioner.
SECTION III.
The BoC is to be responsible for all trading that occurs.
SECTION IV.
This bill is to be effective immediately upon presidential signature.
