Vhaerys Blackfyre is a son of Lady Rhaenyra II Blackfyre and grandson of Lord Daemon Blackfyre.
Vhaerys was one of the best City Watch men. Vhaerys did his job as a City Watch well, although rarely seeing his mother since Vhaerys lives in King's Landing currently.

Vhaerys was a highly skilled fighter. Described as dashing and dangerous.
Vhaerys also has the silver-blonde Valyrain hair. Also Vhaerys does his job as a City Watch very well, Vhaerys tries his hardest to patrol in King's Landing, making sure no one ruins the peace. He has been doing this ever since he became a City Watch.

Early Life:
Vhaerys was born as the fourth son of Lady Rhaenyra II Blackfyre and Mael. He has two younger brothers, Maegor and Aenys and his older brothers, Jaehaerys, Caenoor and Raenys are sadly dead.
When Vhaerys was 16 he was a City Watch Corporal during the reign of Queen Daenerys Targaryen. Although his mother, Rhaenyra planned to marry him to someone, that failed. Rhaenyra proudly let Vhaerys be a City Watch and let Vhaerys do what he wanted.
Reign Of Gerold Dayne:
After Daenerys Targaryen was no longer queen and Gerold Dayne placed himself on the Iron Throne Vhaerys Blackfyre now had no reason to leave the City Watch. This was because Lord Daemon Blackfyre is Hand Of The King for Gerold Dayne, this meant that Vhaerys could protect and obey his grandfather, Lord Hand Daemon in King's Landing, while Daemon ruled The Seven Kingdoms in King Gerold's absence.
Vhaerys's mother Rhaenyra had no choice but to do nothing in this matter about Vhaerys.
