i see some clans exiling their members for posting a problem or getting mad but the thing is you guys failed by having a member having to post about it on C&G

The issue is it brings hate toward the clan even if problem is resolved. Negative publicity is unwelcome'd by majority of clans and that's why when members create it they punish them. Most clans have rules against negatively foruming about them.

Not being able to pm a high rank is the issue the clan has. Punishing a person for speaking badly about them is not.

but slpm if we allowed clans to not punish low ranks for posting a problem, the clan standard will get higher and more better clans will arise

I disagree with that. Most clans will service their members and try to help them in hopes of keeping them, however if the member posts on a forum about it all that does is hurts the clan and now the leader sees the member as a traitor.

And posting anything negative about a clan you're in on the forums is treacherous. It ruins public image.

c&g is a cluster of degeneracy and one sided victim stories ruin clan reputations, so itd be advisable not to throw a can of gasoline on a small fire. |

this is not treason
it is bring up an issue, and indirectly saying this clan has a problem
usually they PM, but if they feel like they have to post it on the forums, then you have an issue, and you must fix that issue.

In real life we don't live in a military ran dictatorship that relies on public image to gain power now do we?

but this ends up being for the better though,
the clan leader hears about this, fixes the issue, and there is no more issue
if the member cant post on C&G and can't pm the HRs about this issue, the clan grows with issues, until the cat comes out of the bag, causing more bad public image
Better to be hurt with one issue, then to be considered bad for a long while.

Like I said, the problem is not being able to contact a high rank.
Posting on C&G no matter what is not tolerable, that's just stupidity. People only post badly about their clan on C&G in rage fits and most of the time they could have pm'd a high rank or the leader but chose not to. Personally I prefer my members contacting me directly since that way I know the situation is handled right.

almost all the time i see low ranks posting about a problem, it seems like they couldn't pm a HR
sometimes the HR won't pm back, which has occurred to me before

Personally I don't pm HRs, I pm the owner. If owner doesn't respond I leave the group. I don't serve groups led by people too arrogant to solve any issues I have.
