If you are tired of listening to officers of high rank that think they're all that, you're probably feeling depressed. You feel like you're going to go rouge. What you should do then is join a guerrila tactical cell. They are a bunhc of rouges that are hired by certain clans to assist them in war. Well, I'm the highlord of one such cell. If you want to join, you'll have to be a decent fighter (melee and range). Here are the requirements for each lv in my tactical cell:
-Join: none
-Grunt: you start as
-Inteligence Op: 1000 ko's+
-Renegade: 2500 ko's+
-Assassin: 5000 ko's+
-Sniper: Proven to be an excellent sniper during war
-Spec Op: 10000 ko's+
-Tyrant: 20000 ko's+
-Highlord: Only me until I decide to hand over the throne
