(NOTICE: I see many people who posted on wrong forum, I tried to ban them but i do not know what will happen. If the admins will put "[ Content Deleted ]" on the people who did, they could get their account permanently banned (only for several times). I do not want these to happen, if they do, they can be permanently banned.)
REASON FOR SUGGESTING: Because of that, I could estimate things together, there is a lot of people who posted in the wrong forum, which is to go to the correct forum. Let us say a user "trollerface350", and then he posted with a title "ROBLOX Philippines Official Group rules and guidelines", and then he posted that on S&I, which is in the wrong forum and admins could delete it or move it.
Ok, first things first, this works like this first, you will need:
1. Go to any forum on your screen.
2. Select the new thread button.
3. Fill out the title and the message. (DO NOT FILL OUT INFO THAT YOU CAN BE IDENTIFIED OUTSIDE ROBLOX.)
4. Click post button.
NOTE: If you post on the wrong forum, you can be banned for 3 days to 2 weeks. The last offense will be permanently banned, and I DO NOT WANT these to happen. As what I said, posting in the wrong forum is not allowed, is also a violation of rules of conduct and lead to content deletion and also give them warning to a user.
In rules of conduct, it is not allowed and please do report people who posted in the wrong forum. Each forum has its own description, threads will be deleted or moved without warning and lead to subject to temporarily banned. Repeated post will be flagged as spam (As what I have said in the PETITION to add two-step verification on comments subject, there will also be a one-step verification on forums. You need to verify your thing what you are going to post. Post that are not related in the forums (e.g. cafe menu, rules and guidelines and many others), you will not be verified.
I could have banned those people who post on the wrong forum. Reporting people sometimes does not work, and I just do not want these to happen. ROBLOX admins should have moderate them and their posts, it is not allowed on roblox that you post on wrong forum. I want them to be automatically banned. They can be exiled to forums, and what I have told you, please read the rules of conduct and the terms of service (located at number 3 - user generated content and code of conduct).
And also please read the rules for all forums section located on all things roblox. Just please do read that or you can lead to subject to temporarily banned. I just wanted to help you guys help, just please do not post on the wrong forum.

Ok the admins will give them a warning first, anyone who violates the "do not post on the wrong forum" rule, they must give 3 warnings so they can be banned. I can possibly ban them but reporting them sometimes do not work.
So the answer to people who do not support: this is not a troll thread. If admins will ban them, this would probably be unfair to others. Banning them will just exile them on the forums after they got the fourth offense. I cannot ban them all because I am not an admin. I can only report most people who posted in the wrong forum. This thing is not executing someone for tripping. There are still people who posted in the wrong forum, so this must be stop.

Guys please I am trying to help you guys out, if people will post on the wrong section, they could get a warning I reported a lot of people who post on wrong forum. It is most likely the groups (such as rules and guidelines, application forms, etc.). I cannot make anyone to be banned, admins can take care of them. I cannot estimate things together between wrong forum posts and people who posted in the wrong forum. This will just make things to become complicated. I just want to help, it is also in the rules. And I cannot do it because I am just a regular person on roblox and I cannot do anything. Please tell me a question why you did not support.
