like barely anyone (to my knowledge) plays pokemon or would even consider this (let alone know about it)
and like i live in the countryside so its gonna potentially be pretty empty here
and the gyms will either be really far away or just not taken and boring
i want to move to a city and meet all kinds of people man :(

I live in the middle of nowhere, it isn't so bad here tho
There's no gyms or stops right next to me but about 5-10 minutes out in either direction there's pretty big clusters of them |

You can check out the Ingress map and it'll show where Pokemon Go locations should more or less be in your area. It's not 100% accurate (some things are removed, some things are added) but it's decent. |

i live in the middle of nowhere and the closest think on the ingress map is legit 1km away (905m to be exact)
the second closest is 1.3km away
also i played in school and was surprised some portals were taken didnt know some kids played it tbh

1km is pretty much 10 minutes of walking though so it's not a big issue. |

@nemajak, i know this i can walk the mile to the "top of the road" as my fam calls in in 15 minutes or less, i once walked in ten minutes at 6:15 in the morning because i was going to a university open day
dont ask how the heck i managed it but i put it down to music and dedication

the distance is fine
it's just the distance of the CLOSEST "portals" and what could be subject to bias for pokestops and what not for where i live
like y'all in america have one like every 100m its ridiculous

dude I have no pokestops within ~15 miles (a bit over 25km) of me
trust me 1km isn't that bad lol. We don't have stops everywhere in the states, just in places where Ingress players submitted a lot basically, same as everywhere else. |
