I'm fairly new to game design implementing tools and this is probably a really easy question to solve. Currently I'm making tools that get picked up via the handle when walked over, but when the tool is equipped, the player is unable to move and the model for the tool doesn't go onto the player's hand, but rather it will stay in the place it was originally and the player's arm will face the tool whilst they're suspended in midair unable to move. There's probably an easy fix for this but I wasn't able to find it within 5 minutes of searching on google, so can someone help me with this?
