Why cant i get out of fullscreen????

Hi its me and i was wondering why is it when ever i join a game my roblox mouse is on the corner and my normal mouse is here? and when i get the ######## roblox scroll i try to get out of fullscreen but it turns into a black blank screen and i have a mac pls give me ######
