Tip: a key aspect of being a designer is being able to weigh out your resources and skills and designing your game accordingly If you need people to make your game for you, you're doing it wrong. From the way you've formatted this, I don't think you're serious enough about designing to be working in teams yet.

(when I say you're not ready to work with others yet, that means you're not proficient enough, experienced enough or strong enough to lead others or direct others, because you're probably going to struggle to direct yourself)

I believe I have the necessary skills to be proficient and lead people the way I want them to be led. I even took it upon myself to learn another language of coding to face this struggle but it wasn't enough. And if you're here just to criticize me on how I should go about things I think you should go take some entrepreneur classes because with that type of attitude of yours I find that you wont get anywhere in life(business wise) by making assumptions.

I've forgotten more about game design than you know, and I've seen enough projects go under because of incompetent leadership to sniff out an incompetent and unqualified leader when I see one. It isn't enough to "learn another coding language" to lead, you need to be qualified and competent enough to be able to be better than people able to deliver a product, because trust me, nobody is going to work for you if they're better than you.
