I've forgotten more about game design than you know, and I've seen enough projects go under because of incompetent leadership to sniff out an incompetent and unqualified leader when I see one. It isn't enough to "learn another coding language" to lead, you need to be qualified and competent enough to be able to be better than people able to deliver a product, because trust me, nobody is going to work for you if they're better than you. |
