Ok, so first off, I have been working on games on my own for a long time now, with no success. And I just do not have enough time to create these games fully. So, I want to create a team to help me create these awesome games.
So I am creating TWO teams, not just one. Each team has 4 members, me included. So three talented people can be on each team. Here are the links to each team.

Ok, now onto what a lot of you are probably wondering about, the payouts.
Each team member will receive 20% of the group's profits. This includes clothing, game-passes, developer products, etc....

Now onto how the team system will work.
In each team, I will hire a scripter, builder, and GFX/SFX designer. Each member must HAVE or DOWNLOAD Discord and join the Team Bloxxers server. PM me on ROBLOX with your user tag on discord so I can send you a request.
Each team member will contribute to the game of what their role specifies. Personally, I will be doing all three of these things, but team members will be helping a lot.
Once all team member slots are filled, we will schedule a voice chat or text chat meeting. And let's try not to make it awkward, I don't want to seem strict, I want to have fun with my team members! :P The voice chat will be planning the game. This may take multiple voice chats, but all the team members will have to do is say ideas for the game, and I will take all the notes. We will start by me saying the idea and general game I want it to be, and then we build off of that.
Once the game is planned, we will get to work, after creating a schedule of when everything must be finished by. If any members do not complete their task by the time, there may be a punishment, with some acceptions. Once the game comes out, then we can all have fun playing with other people on it, and then get to work on the next game, while planning out updates to the current game! And of course, I will be the social media manager and marketer, so you don't have to worry about that. :)
