"Idk. The United States has 224 of the 1000 best universities in the world, more than any other country. While our public grade school system lags behind other nations around the planet, our institutions of higher education excel." you also have crazy high tuition, as in way higher than canada at least. higher tuition means its easier to spend more on better school stuff. i would factcheck how much more but i am on phone and going to bed in like 5 minutes so rip "?" at least in canada we differentiate colleges from universities quite significantly. universities are actually a step above college, offer better equipment, degrees, etc. but are way more expensive and selective. some colleges are getting closer to the same level as universities though but there is still a large reputation difference. i wouldnt be surprised if this was true elsewhere as well RIP Koolboy123, Oct. 1, 1992-Apr. 27, 2016 ʕ •ᴥ•ʔ

"whats the point of going to a good school for the same degree you'd get at a "bad" cheap school?" Quality of education and having an advantage of employers actually wanting to hire you based on said quality of your education? Seems pretty obvious

I'm going to look into UF and USF today because: 1. I get 45 college credits if I complete my course 2. I could probably easily get into these colleges 3. They're ranked pretty damn high 4. They're local :o

"whats the point of going to a good school for the same degree you'd get at a "bad" cheap school?" Do you WANT to make income? "wtf jimbo why would u apply to UCB but not UCLA..." Maybe Berkeley has what he wants to study or their program is much better than Los Angeles

Highest one I was accepted into was UCSD at #17. Can anyone find USF or is it just me that it's not there?

@tiny well the REAL USF is at #164, but your communist USF isn't on the list "That's why they call it the American Dream: because you have to be asleep to believe it." - George Carlin | This is my siggy. There are many like it, but this one is mine.
