no raids occurred until the official raid times. as you can clearly see in all the videos it is a UAF-FEAR joint raid during the war. |

Its disputed that your base just like FEARs had difficulties
Sonic has stated that he attempted to complete your list of demands while you did not
it is also disputed that their were mass shutdowns resulting in "automatic wins"
And that also UAF never stated a surrender you personally took it as a surrender, factually based it was them stating they were unwilling to complete a war with you resulting in a distributed amount of shots explaining their feelings about the issue.
If you want I will just look over the shots but I don't believe anything will change my mind about the actual situation.

I can give you that but the server was not official regardless.
I don't even know what you're on about now. that was clearly counted among one of our official raid wins. I even have the victory screenshot from right after with the raid code.
the point wasn't even about whether we won or not. it simply proves that legal was not working as intended, and had there not been admins in future raids we would've been unable to raid.
you've also failed to respond to clear admittance of cheating, such as in the case of fluricum admitting to lagswitching publicly and the screenshots of civak admitting to using cheat engine to view our teamchat. |

The final call in regards to surrendering in a war comes down to the group leader. If the 2iC in A-Sov insinuated defeat in response to a random thread on the forums without your consent, surely you would have invalidated his claim. |
