( not too much hard evidence is shown, but a LOT of this points right back to the original thread from zepenguin. The thing here is, if *2* admirals have admitted to RAT cheating ( 1 who was there since the beginning of Poly's era aka uncover )
The other one who was known for playing fair and gave The Federation of Arcadia a victory when FoA had the terminal to 13:30

NO clan should ever give their fort as a practice fort to another clan that's entirely dumb and ruins the purpose of a war. It's to prove dominance and if RAT really needs to do this in a war then it shows how scared they are of losing.

Today I tested damage with undefined_meme and KingAktar at Sierra and we all came to the conclusion that raiders had a damage reduction of 2.
This was done with a headshot and the gun Rogue. The tests were done plently of times, all with the same conclusion.

Both were surprised with the damage, and they called Poly over.
However once Poly came, he went AFK for a short time then tested damage, and the damage was back to a 16 for raiders. King and Un both expressed confusion over this. The damage reduction was the same 5 months ago too, as shown in this 5 month old video

What zepenguin is saying here is that Polymorphic magically fixed it and the damage was back to 16. KingAktar and even Undefined_Meme ( THE FOL ADMIRAL ) didn't even know about this. The damage was THE SAME EXACT THING 5 months ago compared to the video that Zepenguin took with Undefined_Meme and KingAktar but it doesn't end there.

Two years ago RAT had the exact same weapon damage problems. One would do 16 and the other would do 14 and the same thing happens now:

( refer to all other damages that zepenguin shows, one is from over 6-8 months ago, this one is from over 2 years ago and the recent one is not even that long ago. It shows that it's been going on for over 2 years now! )

RAT v. TGI: RAT's conclusion
[Conclusion]:
Obviously, over the past few days both clans have been dealing with plenty of drama. However, RAT’s High Command is willing to continue the war so long as TGI continues to use Stronghold I as it is the base that the war started out with, and it should also be the base the war ends with. In addition to reverting back to SHI, we also request that both the RAT and TGI high command meet to discuss official war terms as well as potential edits to Sierra and Stronghold I. The high commands of both groups must meet to discuss and agree on war terms for the war to continue and be set in stone. This is to prevent wild claims of cheating and “double damaging weaponry”, as well as to put the war in a controlled environment where we can truly judge what is okay and not okay. TGI has until 12:00 AM EST on the third of November 2014 to respond to this and work with us. Refusing to collaborate with us will be seen as an act of cowardice, and result in a declaration of victory (as given by this thread). TGI has not only initiated the war, but also declared a “draw” without our permission or knowledge. On both counts. To add further insult to injury, TGI is now threatening to group ban the whole of RAT from entering their base. Would a truly powerful group do this?

RAT cheated and SOLID EVIDENCE was shown yet RAT refuses to acknowledge it. But I'm going to call out RAT for being such hypocrites here.
Admiral Pistols, the admiral pistols were meant to bar an entire clan ( similar to a group-ban ) FoA from raiding RAT because RAT thought FoA was toxic now I'm going to go point back to the leader of the epic clan Frostaria comment on how group bans are bad

RAT has always been a bias clan, many admirals supported of cheating especially against FoA due to them being 'toxic' but furthurmore, RAT has proven to be the toxic one in the end. LS'ing, cheating, forum garbage talking, being a pain in the butt during negotiations
are huge examples.

After being off and on with RAT for 3 years and about 8 months in FoL, I can confirm that there has been many voicechats about LS'ing in either raids, defenses, and EVEN SCRIMMAGES. Squeak3r, Undefined_bobo, and Hawk2Eye have been the most frequent and recent offenders of this exploit. I believe that these 3 PRESTIGIOUS members of the Flight of Liberation should be removed and barred from the division in general for cheating, even though the biggest rule in all elite divisions is to show your best effort and always be honest.
Not to mention that I was removed from the rank of Marshal and exiled from the Flight of Liberation for simply raiding with the Federation of Arcadia under an unconditional war declaration.

[CONCLUSION]
In conclusion, all 4 of us ( me, Andrew,Uncover and Drey) Andrew and Uncover who were both RAT Admirals with both having something to do with the warfare department ( Andrew being Flight of Liberation and Uncover being Warfare ) all do admit that RAT is dishonorable, a clan that is supposed to set the bar a clan that is seen as top 5 is really not. A clan that runs away from wars and is filled with hypocrisy and makes negotiations a pain in the butt ( FC, FoA ) is one of the reasons why the clan world is dying. RAT not only contributed to the decline of the clan world by adding in admiral pistols to bar in a group but also ALL of the damage updates RAT has been slammed for
