Recently, The Criminal Activity and overall Harford Activity has risen. With this, the responsibility of DHLS,SWAT,SF,DPD,AC, All of them. I was at the city, and kept asking for LEO's. No one Came. You all need to get up, and do something, SWAT, Get out of the Capitol and Do your Job, AC, don't fly by a shooting, HLS, STOP CALLING FOR ASSISTANCE, DPD, ARREST PEOPLE.

It clearely states that HLS can clear SWAT on capital grounds, AC gaurds area only in lockdowns, and DSF is doing other things. #karam2245
