Villager -> Academy [Combat Level in NOA must be 100+]
Academy -> Genin Squad [Take A Genin Exam]
Genin Squad -> Chunin [Take A Chunin Exam]
Chunin is a graduate kinda rank, Chunin have 4 choices; They can become a; Jonin, Enforcer, Anbu, or remain as Chunin. (another forum will explain this)

If you decide the Jonin path then you will be considered a Candidate for and HR position, However if you just wish to remain as Jonin that is fine as well.
